Supplying Polymer Raw Material

Having collaborated with domestic companies engaged in projects such as water sewer piping and drip irrigation for farms, we have decided to enhance our involvement by directly supplying the raw materials. By sourcing these materials firsthand, we aim to play a pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the success of these critical infrastructure projects. In addition, our exposure to various demands within the polymer industry has expanded our business scope. We are actively addressing and supplying polymer demands for factories, contributing to the growth of our business within this dynamic and evolving sector.

Silico-Manganese Plant (Turn-Key Project)

An exemplary project in our portfolio is the successful completion of a Silicon Manganese Plant, executed as a Turnkey contract. This comprehensive project involved the entire project lifecycle, from drafting the contract with a detailed time schedule and facilitating open discussions between the owner and manufacturer. Our responsibilities extended to project management, encompassing the design of the furnace, establishment of infrastructure, and overseeing the construction contract. As a third-party contractor in the Turnkey arrangement, we acted as the contractor responsible for planning, designing, and building the entire project, ensuring functionality by an agreed-upon price and fixed date. Our involvement also included coordinating the transportation and shipping of equipment until the plant was fully operational.

Electrophoretic Coating Line (Turn-Key Project)

The “Electrophoretic Coating Line” stands as another successful example of a Turnkey project undertaken by our company as a third-party entity. Our involvement spanned from the initial signing of the contract by both the buyer and manufacturer to comprehensive project management, covering aspects such as design, manufacturing, equipment shipping, and the seamless commencement of plant operations at the designated location within a specific timeframe.
In our role as the buyer’s representative, we ensured the use of high-quality materials from reputable brands. Furthermore, we prioritized cutting-edge technology to guarantee that the electrophoretic coating line was equipped with the most up-to-date advancements, aligning with industry standards and ensuring optimal performance. It is the part that connects the wheel to the vehicle and provides support for the wheel assembly. The steel wheel hub is crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and proper functioning of the wheel.
An “Electrophoretic Coating Line” is a manufacturing process used for applying a protective coating to various metal components, including steel wheel hubs. The electrophoretic coating, also known as e-coating or electrocoating, involves immersing the metal parts in a paint bath containing a water-based paint solution. An electric voltage is applied, causing the paint particles to migrate and deposit onto the metal surface, forming a uniform and corrosion-resistant coating.
In the context of manufacturing truck steel wheel hubs, an electrophoretic coating line would be a part of the production process where the steel wheel hubs undergo the electrophoretic coating process.
